How we handle mistakes, and how to tell us about one.

What we publish

The Burning Bush Daily gathers headlines from trusted ministries and newsrooms and links to the original articles. The headline and the reporting belong to the publisher. The one-sentence summary under each headline is written by an AI model and attributes its claims to the source. Summaries can be wrong, so the linked article is always what counts.

The “This Day in Church History” entries and stories are drawn from Wikipedia. Each longer history story is checked against its source before it is published, and it lists and links that source.

When we get something wrong

• If a summary misstates the article, we correct it or remove the story.
• If a history entry has a wrong name, date or fact, we fix it against the source.
• If a story should not have run, we take it down.

The paper is updated several times a day, so a correction normally appears in the next edition. We do not quietly change a story's meaning. If a correction changes what a story says, we fix it plainly.

Errors in the original reporting

If the mistake is in the publisher's own article, please contact that publisher; only they can correct their reporting. If they publish a correction, we will reflect it here.
